Recycling Unit
Asur Makina’s recycling unit is an environmentally friendly and economical concrete recovery system that separates waste concrete generated in concrete batching plants into aggregate and water, making it reusable.
What is a Recycling Unit?
A recycling unit is a system designed to recover leftover concrete from transit mixers, as well as concrete that would otherwise be discarded due to production errors or recipe inconsistencies, by separating it into aggregate and wastewater for reuse. Today, the importance given to environmental responsibility is steadily increasing. In order to leave a cleaner world for future generations, special rules and standards have been introduced for concrete production.
Asur Makina, which places great importance on the environment, supports its customers by producing recycling solutions alongside concrete batching plants. Businesses with a recycling facility can reuse all of the aggregate and water recovered from waste concrete in production. Although this amount may seem low per vehicle, it provides significant savings in the long term.
Our recycling unit has a capacity of 10 m³ per hour, a maximum aggregate particle size of 50 mm, a total motor power of 11 kW, and an operating voltage of 380 V / 50 Hz. While protecting the environment, our system also provides cost advantages through recycled concrete components.
Advantages of the Recycling Unit
The recycling unit produced by Asur Makina contributes to many companies with the advantages it offers. Thanks to this unit, which can be installed next to concrete batching plants, the need to transport waste concrete to other areas is eliminated, reducing transportation costs.
With its low operating time, the recycling unit offers businesses cost advantages through reduced energy and water consumption. Its easy and fast maintenance feature, along with its resistance to wear, provides long-lasting use.
After waste concrete is washed and separated into its components in the recycling unit, the recovered aggregate can be reused in concrete production at certain ratios. The cement particles in the cementitious water obtained from the washing unit are prevented from settling with the help of an agitator, and the water is reused in the concrete batching plant. This provides significant savings.
Thanks to the recycling unit system we install, the recovery process is spread throughout the daily working period, providing an immediate solution without leaving the process until the end of the workday.
